Refund and Returns Policy

At Yahoo Perfumes, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a hassle-free experience.

Online Returns:
We offer a free-returns policy allowing you to return items for any reason within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund:

1. Items must be unaltered, unused, and in a fully sellable condition.
2. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels, tags, and authenticity cards (if provided) intact.
3. The original order confirmation must accompany the return.

Return Process:

1. Log in to your account and choose the order you wish to return.
2. Follow the return process wizard.
3. Our executives will contact you within 48 hours to arrange the return.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed after the returned items are approved. The refund methods are:

1. Credit Card Payments: Refunded to the original card within 14–21 working days.
2. Cash on Delivery Payments: Refunded to your Yahoo Perfumes online wallet as credit.

Damaged Goods or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive damaged goods or an incorrect order, return the items in their original condition within 7 days. You will be eligible for a full refund.

Packaging:
Please ensure all product packaging is returned in good condition, as damaged packaging may affect your eligibility for a full refund.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Monitoring Returns:
We reserve the right to monitor returns and refuse orders from customers with excessive return activity.
